Katathani vouchers can be purchased online through our webshop (or by filling out the contact form) or in person at any of our salons.
A voucher purchased online cannot be collected or paid for in the salon. An electronic voucher is sent automatically to your e-mail address, while a physical voucher is shipped via InPost within 2 business days, depending on the selected delivery method.
The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed at any Katathani location.
An appointment using a voucher can be booked by phone or through Booksy. When booking through Booksy, please include in the note for the business that you have a voucher, along with the order number or voucher number.
If the selected service is more expensive than the voucher value, it is possible to pay the difference when redeeming the visit.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other promotions.
If you would like to purchase a physical voucher in the salon, we kindly ask you to contact us by phone around 30 minutes before arrival so we can prepare it for you.
