Voucher regulations

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND USE OF GIFT VOUCHERS AT KATATHANI SPA § 1 The rules of sale and implementation of the Gift Voucher (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) define the rights and obligations of the Customer purchasing the Gift Voucher and the Customer using the Gift Voucher, as well as the rules of purchasing, receiving, and using the Gift Voucher. § 2

  1. The Gift Voucher is a document issued by KATATHANI SPA.
  2. The Gift Voucher may take the form of: a) a voucher for a treatment, i.e., an invitation for a specific treatment or a package of treatments chosen by the Buyer when ordering the voucher b) a monetary voucher.
  3. The voucher for treatment allows the owner to use only the service or package of services listed in its content.
  4. The monetary voucher allows the owner to pay for chosen treatments using the voucher. The amount indicated in the voucher is the GROSS value. § 3
  5. The Gift Voucher is one-time and can only be used during one visit. If the treatment voucher includes more than one service, they cannot be divided into subsequent visits.
  6. The Gift Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of its purchase. After this period, the rights arising from the Gift Voucher expire.
  7. Gift Vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. § 4
  8. Payments with the Gift Voucher cannot be combined with any promotions and discounts.
  9. Gift Vouchers are implemented only at the company’s premises by performing the treatment/treatments.
  10. In case of loss or destruction of the Gift Voucher, KATATHANI SPA is not responsible and does not compensate for the loss caused by the situation. § 5
  11. The current list of treatments is available on the KATATHANI SPA website at www.katathanispa.pl and directly at KATATHANI SPA at Zwierzyniecka 14/7.
  12. Ordering a Gift Voucher can be made in person at KATATHANI SPA or electronically. When ordering a Gift Voucher, the Client is obliged to indicate the service/services that the Gift Voucher is to cover or determine its nominal value and pay the purchase price.
  13. The condition for ordering a Gift Voucher electronically is sending an email to info@katathanispa.pl. The content of the email should specify the service/services that the ordered Gift Voucher is to cover or indicate its nominal value.
  14. After receiving confirmation of the order placed electronically or by telephone, you should make the payment of the voucher purchase price by transfer to the M Bank account number 21 1140 2004 0000 3302 8198 2039 or in person at the company’s premises.
  15. The voucher is collected in person at the KATATHANI SPA salon or sent by post/courier/email to the given address and after crediting the funds to the KATATHANI SPA account indicated in paragraph 4 above (bank transfer) or after paying the price in cash in person at the KATATHANI SPA salon.
  16. Gift Vouchers are registered and identified by KATATHANI SPA based on: a) individual number of the Gift Voucher assigned by KATATHANI SPA or; b) the name of the gifted person and the password assigned to the specific Gift Voucher given by the purchaser of the Gift Voucher at its purchase or; c) the date of purchase of the voucher and the password assigned to the specific Gift Voucher given by the purchaser of the Gift Voucher at its purchase.
  17. To register the voucher, the Buyer should provide the name of the gifted person and the password assigned to the specific Gift Voucher or the date of purchase or the voucher number according to § 5 paragraph 6 of the Regulations. § 6
  18. To implement the Gift Voucher, the Customer using the Gift Voucher contacts the KATATHANI SPA salon by telephone or in person to arrange the date and time of the service, informing that the payment for the service will be in the form of a Gift Voucher, and providing data enabling the identification of the Gift Voucher, referred to in § 5 paragraph 6 of the Regulations.
  19. In the absence of a prior reservation of the date, the salon staff has the right to refuse to realize the voucher on the date requested by the Customer using the Gift Voucher.
  20. Changing the date of the visit/canceling the visit realized with the Gift Voucher is only possible with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to change the date of the visit/cancel the visit realized with the Gift Voucher within the above period results in the loss of entitlements from the Gift Voucher.
  21. In the case when the services chosen by the Customer using the monetary voucher, according to the current price list, have a lower value than the voucher, no change is given when paying with the voucher.
  22. In the situation when the services chosen by the Customer using the monetary voucher, according to the current price list, have a higher value than the nominal value of the voucher, the voucher holder is obliged to pay the difference in price between the chosen treatments and the nominal value of the presented monetary voucher.
  23. In the situation when the service/services covered by the treatment voucher, according to the current list of treatments available on the website www.katathanispa.pl, are not provided by KATATHANI SPA on the date when the Customer using the Gift Voucher reports to KATATHANI SPA for the implementation of the Gift Voucher, the Customer does not have the right to exchange the Gift Voucher for cash. In this situation, the Customer using the Gift Voucher can choose from the current list of treatments another treatment of no higher value than the value of the service/services covered by the voucher (according to the prices on the date of the voucher order) or choose another treatment of a higher value than the value of the service/services covered by the voucher (according to the prices on the date of the voucher order) and pay the difference in price. § 7
  24. An integral part of the Gift Vouchers is this Regulation, which is available on the website www.katathanispa.pl, and at the request of Customers also at the KATATHANI SPA salon.
  25. When placing an order, the Buyer declares that they have read its content and accepts it in its entirety.
