Vouchers Regulations

REGULATIONS FOR THE PURCHASE AND USE OF GIFT VOUCHERS AT KATATHANI SPA

§ 1

These Regulations define the rights and obligations of the person purchasing the Gift Voucher and the person using such a Voucher, as well as specifying the conditions of purchase, receipt and use of the Gift Voucher.

§ 2

  1. The Gift Voucher is a document issued by KATATHANI SPA.
  2. Possible form of a Gift Voucher are: a) a voucher for a specific treatment, i.e. an invitation to a specific treatment or set of treatments selected by the Customer when purchasing the voucher, b) a voucher of a specific value.
  3. The treatment voucher entitles you to use only the service or service package indicated in the voucher.
  4. A voucher with a specific value allows you to pay for selected treatments using this voucher. The value given in the voucher is the gross value.

§ 3

  1. The Gift Voucher is single-use and can only be used during one visit. If the voucher covers several services, they cannot be divided into different visits.
  2. Our voucher/voucher is valid for 6 months from its purchase. After this period, the rights arising from the Gift Voucher expire.
  3. Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

§ 4

  1. Payments with a Gift Voucher cannot be combined with promotions and discounts.
  2. Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at the KATATHANI SPA facility by undergoing a treatment/treatments.
  3. In the event of loss or destruction of the Gift Voucher, KATATHANI SPA is not responsible and does not offer compensation for lost funds.

§ 5

  1. The current list of treatments is available on the KATATHANI SPA website and directly at KATATHANI SPA.
  2. The Gift Voucher can be purchased in person at KATATHANI SPA or electronically. The Customer should indicate the service/services covered by the Gift Voucher or determine its nominal value and then pay the fee.
  3. When purchasing a Gift Voucher online, please send an e-mail with information about the selected services or the nominal value of the voucher.
  4. After receiving order confirmation, payment should be made by transfer or in person at the branch.
  5. The voucher can be collected in person at the KATATHANI SPA salon or sent by post/courier/e-mail after the funds have been credited to the KATATHANI SPA account.
  6. Gift Vouchers are registered and identified by KATATHANI SPA based on: a) the individual Gift Voucher number, b) the name of the recipient and the password assigned to the Gift Voucher provided by the buyer, c) the date of purchase of the voucher and the password assigned to the Gift Voucher provided by the buyer.
  7. In order to register the voucher, the Customer should provide the name of the recipient and the password assigned to the Gift Voucher, date of purchase or voucher number in accordance with § 5 section 6 of the Regulations.

§ 6

  1. To use the Gift Voucher, please contact KATATHANI SPA by phone or in person, set the date and time of the service, inform about payment for the service with the Gift Voucher and provide data enabling the identification of the Gift Voucher, in accordance with § 5 section 6.
  2. If the Customer does not book the date in advance, the salon employees may refuse to redeem the voucher on the requested date.
  3. Appointment rescheduling/cancellation is possible with at least 24 hours’ notice. If this action is not performed, the rights from the Gift Voucher will be lost.
  4. If the value of the services selected by the Customer, according to the applicable price list, is lower than the value of the voucher, the rest is not refunded.
  5. If the value of the services selected by the Customer, according to the applicable price list, is higher than the nominal value of the voucher, the Customer is obliged to pay the difference.
  6. In a situation where the service/services covered by the voucher are not provided by KATATHANI SPA on the day the Customer uses the Gift Voucher, the Customer has no right to exchange the Gift Voucher for cash. The customer can then choose another treatment with a value not exceeding the value of the service(s) covered by the voucher or choose another treatment with a higher value and pay the difference.

§ 7

  1. These Regulations are an integral part of Gift Vouchers and are available on the KATATHANI SPA website and at the Customer’s request in the KATATHANI SPA salon.
  2. By placing an order, the Customer declares that he has read the Regulations and accepts them.
